The original one was amazing! But I wanted a smaller version as well for more delicate.... applications. This one is good, but I would suggest printing in at LEAST modified PLA, but ABS is better. I use modified PLA which is tougher than regular PLA and it works reasonably well, but all in all, they're pretty small. We needed a nipple spacer to protect sore nipples while breastfeeding, so I threw this together quickly in Tinkercad and added holes for ventilation. Keeps clothes, bras, and pads from squishing sensitive nipples. Recommend using a soft, non-toxic, cleanable material like TPU - easily rinsed with soap and boiling water. Wife approved!

Since several people mentioned having trouble printing the original clamp as a single piece - what with the pieces fusing together and all - I decided to separate this into two individual pieces assembled with a nut and bolt. A tool to aid fingers in tightening bike spokes nipples. Most likely you will still use a metal tool for the last turn or two. My e-bike spokes seem to be non-standard - slightly too big for the size-0 hole in my bike multi-tool thing. My thing has approximately a 3.6mm square hole (3.7mm in the artwork). Coworker requested a replacement nub. Seemed fairly straightforward. Took me about an hour and 5 iterations to get perfect fit. Measuring soft rubber with a caliper is a wee bit hard. Innermost square peg is 4x4mm, outerbit is 4.5x4.5mm. OD is 7.5mm, top OD is 8mm. The top concavity is from a sphere around 25mm R. Everything was done with simple bool add and subtract. The blue is from when I had it 3.75mm tall, the green is the final 3.5mm tall. Printed in tpu. Works as well as the original....
