Chisel holder made to fit SAB scribing chisels. Designed to be printed with an SLA/resin printer, so the tolerances are pretty tight. While not necessary, up to three round magnets (4mm diameter; ~1.5mm thick) can be added through a hole in the back of the chisel handle for a more secure hold. Use the end plug part to plug the hole (ideally with glue or resin). Print orientation: all of the files are already set to the proper orientation, including the main body, which has a 5 degree tilt to...

This tool helps to find the center of cylindrical objects. Imagine you cut a broomstick and want to drill a hole lengthwise, in center. Place the tool on the end, so that the two sides touch the circumfere. The slide a pencil along the slot. Rotate the tool by some amount (ca 90° will do fine) Slide the pencil along the slot again. Remove the tool. Where the two lines intersect is your center. Best printed upside down. No support needed.

I created this to press in the valve seals on the cylinder heads of my C6 Z06 corvette. I'm sure you could get away with using a 12 point socket, but I have access to a printer and didn't want to risk damaging the seals. Engine - 7.0L LS7

Tool for adding a seam allowence of 7mm or 10mm to a sewing pattern. The tool has been splitted into two parts to print it without supports. If does not fit tight enough, you should glue the parts together. If you select an infill of 100% you can drill the hole as needed. The models were created with PTC Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express 6.0. This program is free, but can only read native pkg2, step, stl and write only pkg2, stl and pictures.

Hex Key Remixed from my original Hex Driver Bit Holder (Sept 08 2020). Compact hex driver with magnet to hold hex bit. Nearly the same as the original but a bit smoother with a space to insert a 6 x 2 mm magnet (easily sourced on Amazon or Ebay). If you print this version without the magnet the hex bit will be loose (use the previous version for a push fit). Use the gcode to print directly - otherwise set up your slicer to pause at layer 48 (if using the settings below) and drop in the 6 x 2 mm...

A fully 3d printed marking gauge. Takes a pencil or blade. One handed operation. A video showing how to assemble this, and how it works is here:https://youtu.be/gEs_Tvr69bE I printed this in PETG The main body and the beam were printed with .3mm layer height 2 or more perimeters, 15% infill. The cross beam I printed with 7 perimeters, 100% infill - it takes a bit of impact when releasing the tension, so needs to be printed strong to withstand it. Choose whichever bushing suits your needs. One...

Printed a jig to test how parallel my blade was to the miter slot (turns out I didn't want to know :-). This attaches to a Microjig ZEROPLAY miter bar, so should be adaptable to any table saw which can use that miter bar. I've also included the OpenSCAD files for customizing distance to blade, height of dial indicator, etc. You could use the same jig to check the fence is parallel to the miter slots. The main trouble with this was it showed how horrible my alignment is, so now I need to dig...

Similar to my wristwatch movement vise but two-sided for roughly 4 sizes. Basically, sized roughly for 19"',18"', 17"', and 16"' movements. Because the pocket watch movements I have and care about are Unitas 649x and 445, ETA 953, and Landeron 2124. Like my wristwatch movement holder, the recesses are undercut slightly so that the movement can be held tightly and deflection of the end pieces won't eject the movement. Feel free to request another version with different sizes...

I ordered a rubber-handled thumb wheel ratchet of Amazon (third party seller, I think) and received the metal-handle ratchet. Since I wanted to use this on my printer nozzle, I wanted a little heat-insulation, so I quickly designed this handle. This is a very tight fit - I had to use a C-clamp to press the two together. If that doesn't work or it's too loose, scale the x & y directions a bit. This was designed around Performance Tool Part W36125, but could probably be scaled to fit your...

There a lot of knobs floating around and majority use hexagonal nuts in conjunction with them. Which by all means not bad thing but I do have a lot 1/4in 3 prong tee nuts laying around. So I thought why try to use them with a 3D printed knob. Here is my first go at it. It's a simple knob with recess to accept a 1/4in tee nut. My tee nuts have a diameter of 3/4" on top and the shaft has a diameter & depth of 5/16". You will need bend the prongs straight if they are bent prior...

On a lark i decided to see if i could design a printable version of my favorite movement vise, which has four sides, and two movement sizes per side. At least the larger sizes on each side are slightly undercut and i find that this helps grip the main plate better. I had to loosen some screws in a case with almost no vertical clearance above the screw heads (too little to get my fingers into). The hex bits could fit but there was no way to apply force to the screws save for using a pair of needle nosed pliers. The 3/8 inch can be always in the holder, the exchangable parts are the 1/4 inch sockets. Purposely for nozzle removal but useful for other task also. Design from blank maker coin. socket adapter mine is 15mm wide. TALL holder grips more on the socket and holes for reduced materials.

I designed this, in OpenSCAD, to help straighten out twisted pair wires of networking cable. The spacing is set for Cat6a, but works on Cat6 cables as well. You may need to make the spacing a bit smaller for Cat5e cables. It is designed to where the big ball rests in your palm, you place the pairs across the threads, then with your thumb pressing the wires on the threads, just run the wires through. After a couple of passes, you will have straightened twisted pairs. Helps reduce the finger...
